If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Site.  We draw your attention in particular to the “Limitation of liability” section.
  2. About us. The Site is owned and operated by TheBrandEducation Ltd, a limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 11559849 with registered address at 18 Soho Square, London, England, W1D 3QL. In this policy, “we”, “us” or “our” refers to TheBrandEducation Ltd.
  3. Other applicable terms. These Terms incorporate our Privacy & Cookie Policy, which also applies to your use of the Site. If you purchase services from us, additional terms will be provided to you and will also apply to your use of our services.
  4. Accessing our Site
    1. You must be at least 18 years old to use our Site. In using our Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. Any use of or access to our Site by persons under the age of 18 is unauthorised and is in breach of these Terms.
    2. We do not guarantee that our Services, our Site, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. Access to our Site is permitted on an “as is” temporary basis. You irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales, unless you are a resident of Northern Ireland or Scotland, in  which case you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland or Scotland (respectively).
